hey all this is jorge again welcoming all to participate in free photoshoots/ meet and greets i will be hosting bi-monthly. this is a chance to break the ice and meet me in a real social networking situation. this will also give me a chance to get to know you, the real star of it all. i dont want these events to be just; hi,take your picture,and then bye. we can brainstorm, exchange ideas, partner up for events. im tring to set my self away from the rest so that i will be on your mind when you need a photographer/ artistic eye. i hope to be holding these meet and greets on saturdays when i can rent a studio because right now im in the garage being that im an amature and thats not the real first impression i want to give. im not ashamed or anything like that i just want to be out in public not at my private residence, well not yet at least. so please post a reply here or email me dhc_i@yahoo.com im hoping to have the first one March 26 2011 time to be announced. thank you. peace

update*** After exploring the site a lil' i've come to realize that the majority of the women in CA are in LA and probably would not come down here to meet up with a rookie unless paid, (don't blame you.) I'm the only one in San Diego and due to lack of traffic here im going to cancel saturdays' meet and greet however, now that Spring is in the air and SD is a beach city i will be posting up at the beaches. Hopefully with a booth or something of that nature to launch my new business and take beach setting type photos. I truly hope this works out for me. Best regards to all! Jorge

Hi all, I posted something up about a month or two ago I wonder where it went? Anyways I am pleased to announce that somebody has taken me up on my free photoshoot offer. It almost did not happen because the email I recived had no subject line and I delete emails that look like spam but I was curious because the spammers do not have my email address yet, thank god!!, and after about a week of planning we met up and did in my opinion a really nice shoot at the Oceanside Pier. So please take a look at the pictures I took and leave a comment on how the rouge style photos came out. Thanks for reading and please take advantage of this offer. Summer is gone and the weather is now getting a little cooler but we still have the best weather in the nation! so come on down contact me and lets get some shoots in. San Diego has vast amounts of places to shoot weather it be indoors or out there is a place for you and anytheme you can imagine.So what are you waiting for? peace Jorge

LADIES, LADIES, LADIES! The official Pin-Up Model of the Season T-Shirt contest has begun!Once you have taken your beautiful pin-up pics, submitt your favorite 4 to the Oak Tree contest. As of January 1, 2012, Oak Tree Vintage officially started accepting Pin-Up model submissions for the first of four 2012 contests. Here is the 2012 contest calendar:

2012 Submissions Calendar:

Spring: January 1st thru February 16th.

Summer: April 1st thru May 25th

Fall: July 1st thru August 17th

Winter: October 1st thru November 16th

Who will be the first face of Oak Trees Seasonal contest? Who will be the first beautiful lady to grace the chests of many??? We have added a few surprises to the winners goody bag and will have a special gift tote for the 2 runner ups. Be the talk at the water cooler this year! Will It Be You?
